I have got Rohde & Schwarz EMI Test Receiver ESCI for repairs and it is having problem of erratic power up. Sometimes it gets booted up and sometimes not. The unit gets in shutdown many a times during the initialization process and does not startup. I suspect the SMPS used inside the unit which is Puls Make, or may be the Main Processor Board is causing the issue.
